Series KCS J125 offers a complete range of regulators for service applications where accurate pressure control is required. These units are ideal for industrial pressure reduction, metering stations, and regional distribution networks. The regulators are designed to maintain high accuracy and efficiency across an inlet pressure range of 70 mbar to 4.2 bar (1-60 PSI). Sizes from ½" to 2" with threaded connections are available. Multiple orifice sizes cover the full inlet pressure range, and a complete selection of outlet pressure springs is available. The unit is designed for easy installation and servicing in confined spaces. The diaphragm case is fully rotatable and can be removed without disturbing the pipework during inspection or servicing. The KCS J125 Series can be fitted with either full-capacity or limited-capacity relief valves. It is recommended that the regulator be equipped with the Elster Jeavons universal safety shut-off assembly (USSA), which provides protection against overpressure and/or under pressure by immediately shutting off the flow at the regulator inlet. Application: All units are suitable for natural gas, LPG, and manufactured gases. Different versions comply with standards IGS-M-IN-201(3), IGS-M-IN-203(0), EN 88-1, EN 88-2, EN 334, and many other international specifications. The USSA unit is designed in accordance with BS EN 14382, IGS-M-IN-201(3), and IGS-M-IN-203(0).
